Positive Impact and CSI Dry Eye Confirm Next Phase of UK Distribution Strategy

Positive Impact (PI) confirms that its exclusive partnership with CSI Innovations (CSI) formerly known as CSI Dry Eye Software, has ended under a revised UK distribution structure for the Canadian software brand.

Following the appointment of a new CEO, CSI has undertaken a strategic review of its international distribution model. As part of this global realignment, the UK market will transition from an exclusive distribution arrangement to a broader multi-channel approach.

CSI CEO Lisa Rickards commented: “As the founding UK distribution partner, PI has been instrumental in establishing, scaling and professionalising the brand within the UK independent optical sector. We thank PI for its sustained commercial investment, education, marketing initiatives and direct practice support. The software has achieved early market access and strong national visibility.”

She added, “This transition reflects our ambition to expand reach through additional channels. It does not alter the strength of the commercial performance delivered to date, nor the detract from the contribution PI has made to the brand’s development in the UK.”
