What Does It Do?

How To Use
Gently rub the towelette over closed eyelids and lashes. For optimal results, use twice daily – morning and night. These wipes are of premium quality and can be cut or torn into two pieces for separate use in the morning and at night. After using one half, it should be stored back in the foil packaging and folded over to maintain moisture. NeutraWipe ECO doubles as a makeup remover and is oil-free.
