Terms & Conditions

Shipping

We use standard 2nd-Class Royal Mail ‘Signed-For’ for all registered patients’ shipments.

Charges

Your practice pays Positive Impact a fee per delivery plus the cost of the product as per our prevailing price list. This fee covers the cost of the management system, ordering, product, and shipping for the patient specified.

Cancellations and returns

You can send any product back to us in its original, unused condition within 90 days of order for a refund or exchange. Boxes must be returned unopened and unmarked and in a saleable condition, accompanied by a copy of the original delivery note or invoice.

We are not able to refund open boxes under our returns policy or goods returned without appropriate documentation. We also cannot accept partial returns unless otherwise expressed. If goods are faulty then your statutory rights will apply.

Please package lenses in a secure box/package as we cannot refund product lost or damaged in transit. For additional security, please obtain proof of postage and keep a record of your returned parcel. This will ensure we can help you should something go wrong. Refunds or exchanges are processed within 30 days of product receipt.

If you cancel or return your order in its entirety, we will refund the cost of the returned items at the price paid on the original invoice, excluding the original delivery charges.

Automatic shipments

It is your responsibility to alert us of the cancellation or change of Rx of a patient on automated shipments and if we are not notified you may be liable to pay the postage charges plus an admin fee.

You can cancel your recurring order at any time by contacting us via email sales@positiveimpact.co.uk or by telephone 01424 851375. 

We will communicate via email with the practice each month to detail upcoming automatic shipments. Automatic shipments will be ordered about one week before the required date and arrive within 3-4 days, until the practice ceases supply.

An admin fee will be applied if we receive automated shipments returned because we were not notified of changes to the order. 

Any Patient information shared for automatic shipments, such as address will be used for shipment only and not shared with any third party. No cost information will be shared within patient shipments and no contact will be made between Positive Impact and your patients directly.
